The following are the most Frequently Asked Questions from new visitors to Nelda’s online Store.

How do I browse Nelda’s?

On the left side of every page on our website you can view our list of our departments. Click on the button, then on the next page click on the link of the items you would like to view.

If you are looking for a specific designer/manufacturer, color, price range or style click on the search button, call us or email.

Find fast answers, visit out Help page.

Is your website secure?

Yes, our website is Secure.

Please note, we do not share any information you provide to us with a third party. Including, but not limited to, your Name, email address, physical address or Credit Card information. Your payment information is removed from our system after your payment has been processed. Please read our Privacy Page.

What are your shipping options and do you ship Internationally?

United States Shipping Options

Select the USPS Priority Mail Shipping option, Includes Free Delivery Confirmation, Tracking Information available upon request after package is mailed. Optional Insurance available upon request, email for details and rates. Estimate delivery time is 2-3 days after package is mailed.

Select USPS Express Shipping for expedited shipping. Include delivery tracking information and insurance. Delivery time to most areas is next day, 2nd day to all other areas. Email us for Guaranteed Delivery Dates.

International Shipping Options

Select the USPS First Class International Package shipping option. Maximum weight 4 pounds. Limited tracking information available, not insurable. Estimated delivery time, varies.

USPS Priority International for packages over 4 pounds. Limited tracking information available, insurable email us for rates.

USPS Global Express International and Global Express Guaranteed Mail. Tracking information available, insurable email us for rates.

Other shipping options are available but must be agreed upon prior to check out, please e-mail us before you submit your order.

Orders will be revised to include the above mentioned shipping options if we are not contacted and/or if we receive a order that does not indicated the required or approved shipping option.

We can ship UPS and FedEx, $100.00 minimum order.

What are your payment options?

All Major Credit Cards, Paypal and Google Checkout

What is the best way to determine if a item will fit?

Great question! The best way to determine if a item will fit is to consider the measurements we provide in every item’s description. Compare our measurements to your measurements. When is my order mailed?

All orders are shipped within two business days after your order is processed. Estimated delivery time is 2-3 days for US Shoppers, 6-10 days for International Shoppers.

Do you offer discounts?

Yes,
